Olivia is a junior in high school who is dual-enrolled at Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, North Carolina, working toward her Associate of Science degree. Olivia works with the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences as a Junior Curator, as well as in their herpetology research lab. Olivia also volunteers with the North Carolina Herpetological Society as the secretary of the Youth Committee and as the leader of their Pollywog Club for elementary students. In her free time, Olivia enjoys dancing ballet and teaching 2nd-4th graders dance. After college, she wants to go into the field of veterinary medicine and advocate for the wellbeing of animals and their environments in both domestic and natural settings. She is so excited to be able to continue her WYSE journey by being part of the Youth Advisory Board.
