Stephen Taglieri is an alumnus of the 2017 Washington Youth Summit on the Environment. 

Graduating in 2022 with a Bachelor’s from George Mason University, Stephen now works as the  Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the American Forest Foundation. Engaging  with rural American landowners to practice improved forest management techniques, the  American Forest Foundation increases domestic accessibility to carbon markets and climate finance. In his conservation career, Stephen has been a keeper for red pandas and clouded leopards, organized communications logistics for the World Conservation Congress and  the IUCN’s Reverse the Red campaign, and has been a wildlife photojournalist published in  Smithsonian Magazine, Mongabay, The Washington Post, and TIME Magazine.
