Angie Barrios is a junior at DuVal Senior High in her home state of Maryland. When Angie isn’t at school, she prefers to put on her headphones and immerse herself in various genres of music. Aside from her musical passion, she has a deep love for the color green, whether it’s the lush leaves outside her window or her cherished green turtle plushie. Angie aspires to graduate and soon enroll in college, where she plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biology or enter a pre-med program. Angie fondly recalls her experience in WYSE 2023 and holds her role on the Youth Advisory Board in high regard, cherishing the opportunities it has provided.
