Ella is going into her second year at the University of California Santa Barbara where she is majoring in marine sciences and minoring in statistical and data science. In her free time, Ella enjoys scuba diving in the kelp forests off the coast and serving on the staff of UCSB’s scuba and freedive club. She also works in a lab on campus identifying tropical reef fish from video surveys and collecting bite rate data. Ella is beyond excited and grateful for the opportunity to be back at WYSE for the third year in a row!
